This July features a seasonal menu specially curated by Nobu’s Corporate Sushi Chef, Chef Toshiyuki Shiramizu.

 

Known for his refined approach to Japanese-Peruvian cuisine, Chef Toshiyuki brings together traditional technique and contemporary influence in a menu focused on freshness, balance, and layered flavours.

 

The menu will be available throughout July, with Chef Toshiyuki in residence from 3 July to 8 July, offering guests a rare opportunity to experience his craftsmanship firsthand.
